I am really excited about this event, as it is the first in europe….and after being to the ones in america, i am so looking forward to the european flavour and variety this event will offer! I have a 6 month son Keshava Madhava so my participation and socializing may be limited at times. Initially I would have been directly involved in the health category, as I study yoga, ayurveda and massage. But as Keshava is still young, for now I will maintain an interest by attending respective seminars. Anyhow I look forward to hanging out with the other moms and babes and everyone else ofcourse. Hypnosis is one of the most fascinating and yet most misunderstood functions of the mind and even to this date is something of a mystery to modern psychologists. In this experiential workshop you will learn how to easily take control of your hypnotic ability and use it to train your own mind to react in a positive way or to influence other people through hypnotic patterns in communication.
The workshop will be facilitated by Janmastami dasa (John Francis Leader) who is the inventor of the Integrated Achievement™ method of hypnotherapy. With a background in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NLP Janmastami has facilitated thousands of individual consultations and training events worldwide.
Thai Massage

Posted July 11th, 2008 by Haripriya
Traditional Thai Massage Therapy Class: Thai massage is a unique form of body therapy that incorporates Hatha yoga and acupressure. This particular form of body work dates back at least 2000 years. The movements of gentle rocking, deep stretching and compression assist in the restructuring of the body’s muscular-skeletal framework. This particular form of massage is performed fully clothed and no oil is needed. In this hands-on seminar one can expect to watch, receive and perform basic Thai massage techniques that will leave the participant feeling relaxed and joyful. Please wear loose clothing (preferably trousers and shirt) that allow movement.

a workshop based on the fundamentals of yoga, acrobatics, and thai yoga massage….... this builds on the themes of trust, play and connection within a community….... it is a practice that invites the practioner to give and recieve loving kindness without any attachment or expectation. it begins in a circle with chanting and connecting the group then a warm-up with yoga asanas and inversion practice and tightness drills to strengthen the body…... then develops to partner stretches, human pyramids and theraputic and acrobatic flying flows in pairs…... you dont need a partner to join just a open mind and heart and lots of energy …......
