Kids Camp
What better way of volunteering than with the Kids Camp? Help create the best experience for the children.

This is looking really great! Sorry I havent been in contact much yet. Jahnavi and I were just discussing what we would like to do and we have so many ideas but not enough time. So the more volunteers we have the more we will be able to pack in to make the experience more exciting for the chidlren, which is what the kids camp is all about. Please email me, or comment me if there is anything you specifically want to do, or if theres an age group you think you would like to work with and could inspire to be part of the mela. I’m happy to hear everyones suggestions and see how much we can fit in. It seems a shame its so short!! Im sure we wont be complaining by the time its over!! :)
We’re trying to have a general timetiable of activities finalised soon-ish, so that everyone can see where they might like to volunteer. (Any suggestions welcome, if have an area of expertise you would like to share with the children!)
In regards to children under 5, its always difficult with younger children because they require that much more attention, but its something I’ve been trying to incorporate, otherwise it will be very difficult for parents attending to take part properly. Obviously the more volunteers we have the more we can do, so keep spreading the word!! Im sure some of the activities will be suitable for under 5’s to join in with anyway, we’re trying to make it so there is always a variety of things to do for all the different age groups, and under 5’s is one that we are trying to cater for.

Hari bol! My name is Radhika. Im also going to bring my children – they will be ~4 and 1½ then. Since the small boy is still so young I guess I am abit finite with what I can do. But Id love to help out as much as I can! Please find something for me to do :)

Hi Priya. I read that the Kids Camp will be for 5-10 year olds. My son will be 2 at Kulimela and I would like to know if there is going to be anything for under 5 year olds? I’d like to help out with that kind of service.
At the Kulimela in New V, I prepared snacks for the kids camp which I would like to help out with again.

I think we need to build things around the attendees needs, so with at least 2 near two year olds already we should start to consider what can be done.
Hey Radhika and Govinda, looking forward to meeting you both. Thank you for joining the team. We will definitely look into what we can do to accomadate your young vaishnavas! We will need a lot of volunteers if we take on younger than five year olds and experienced as well. Otherwise we will have an area and facilities for parents to take care of their young ones.

expirienced nany & mother of 4…. will be @ the Kuli with my youngest one, that is short ot be 4…so I wish to help with those little ones that are less then 5…
i did clay work with those ages, finger paint, for ex.
looking forwards to be again in Radhadesh !
